Inspired by TesoMayn's script, I wrote another approach which fixes some glitches.

  1. Get the correct full-sized image (nothing cropped) in maximum resolution
  2. Opens full size image from main feed, profile gallery or single-image page
  3. Opens video file on singe-video page or from video popup
  4. Files can be saved from browser window

Usage: left-click on preview image/video while holding the shift key.
