As a regular user of Bugmenot, I've found that the single biggest factor, more than votes, that determines whether an account works, is based on how recently an account has been created - the more recent, the more chance it hasn't been blocked yet.Extra
I've only tested the script for my timezone (Eastern Standard Time / Eastern Daylight Time), it may or may not need adjusting for other ones, let me know if it does.
