Removes frame stretching for thin frames on Wayback Machine

If you're viewing a page on Wayback Machine, part of the alterations done include adding a "min-width" of 800px. This can cause issues on frames narrower than that, as content will be stretched past the frames boundaries. This fixes that, but only for frames narrower than 800px.
