Upgrades: Resouce Buildings base on highest production, Offense Repair Buildings Based on Highest time, CY_CC_DHQ_DFa try to upgrade + 3 of the base.Defense and Offense Upgrade now, based on the second best unit if Offrt buildings are place and keeps the same pattern based on (max unit health / powercost).
