Loads all following chapters on fanfiction.net and strips off bloat.

This script adds a 'Qomplete!' button to a fanfiction.net chapter page. Click it to remove unecessary elements and append all the following chapters to the end of the page.
The chapters are color coded, which helps navigation somewhat.
The dropdown selector jumps to the already loaded chapter if its chapter number is higher than the chapeter you started the script from.
The "Width" button cycles page width: ff default, 100% and narrow.
The "Position" button toggles page position: center, left and right.
Useful for saving a whole fanfic to your drive (Ctrl+S) and getting a more streamlined reading experience.
The background is green while loading in chapters. When all available chapters have finished loading the background becomes Black.
