Here's a suggestion: how's'bout a tooltip of links, checking if there are any userscripts, at least on GF, that apply to that domain?
A tally of scripts isn't necessary (really, that would be useless), but just a symbol or thumb or star indicating yes. Also, option to tooltip only on websearch pages or a webpage, or both.
It's an interesting idea. Although why not list userscripts for the current site, rather than the link you are hovering?
