fix(import-from-discogs-csv): restrict importer to valid release collection types

• Updated initialization logic to inspect the collection type in the sidebar.
• Explicitly allow 'Release collection', 'Owned music', and 'Wishlist'.
• Prevent from initializing on incompatible types (e.g., 'Instrument collection').
