made compatible with new yt ui and streamlined download logic for the download site better

fixed automatic settings change to be compliant with the new overlay method rather than fail because of use of old query selector

last post included new changelog with no update, this one has the update

fixed background buffering issue on browsers that block events for tabs they consider inactive, allowed full passthrough for hover events by catching mousedown (happens several ms before click) and blocking the click from reaching the download button with a div at the ms its needed rather than always, added a couple comments for behavior people may find scary
