This script works for me: https://greasyfork.org/ru/scripts/11057-block-youtube-users?filter_locale=0
I followed the instructions. It doesn't block anything in either the lower or upper field. Maybe I should have tried listing them separated by commas. But I got tired of trying this and various other scripts.
I found one that works, so I'll stick with it for now.
You can right click on the videos you want to hide and go to the Tampermonkey in the context menu and block the channel from there.

Here is another very good, archived, still working script https://github.com/Macccaranda/youtube-blacklist-whitelist maybe it will suit someone.

It seems that it only doesn't work with the suggested videos on the right-hand sidebar that I use. The "Home" and "Subscriptions" pages are not available to me.

I updated the script. Please install the v1.5 and don't forget to right click on the video titles or the channel names to block the videos.
