Remove the selection menu container from the neat-reader webapp
Simple script to remove the popup menu when selecting text in documents when reading using neat-reader, especially together with the vocabtracker extension (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/vocab-tracker/dmnblpfefmpaflamlfgmimhkmdmhlcda), since it blocks further lookups.
