Alien sound added and all alerts sounds toggleable

Fixed a bug where it's possible to mute sounds in separated mode

Game engine changed to control sounds server side.
I said no thanks and overtook control client side so that we can separate sounds again.

Fixed a bug where muting the sounds would also mute the alerts
