Adds filters to the Find Party page in Milky Way Idle.
This should allow you to filter parties based on combat level satisfied, party owner ready, everyone ready, and available slot(s).
I know there is a slight bug where if you leave find party menu and come back the refresh/create party buttons are re-positioned to the left side. Kind of too lazy to fix this seemingly small problem and I only really use AI to code with my smooth brain.
