Adds filter options to roblox server page. Alternative to paid extensions like RoPro, RoGold (Ultimate), RoQol, and RoKit.
yesterday it worked perfectly well, fast search was on as well at the server region filter, being able to find 200 servers and then load some servers for me to join with good ping, keyword SOME, it doesn't load all 200 or 100 servers, maybe like 5-15 servers with some having good and some having bad ping
but now, when I search for 200 servers, it takes a significantly LONGER time to load those servers
also, I think it's worth mentioning that the game is Forsaken, and it worked perfectly well yesterday
Uh rolocate has not updated in like a week so the speed should not change. It still is very fast on my end with fast servers on.
if its still slow try going into settings, presets then click dev settings.
the thing is that forsaken is very popular so the roblox api cannot keep up, so it returns servers that are full, rolocate filters those servers and doesent show full servers (cause duh yyou cannot join them). Thats why there are like 10 servers that show up when you search for like 500 servers.
Also roblox has added a lot more server regions in asia, which I hopefully want to add in the next update
yup, that makes sense, it was bugging during that duration yesterday, but now today it works completely fine and well, just like it did before. Maybe that was just a thing that rarely happens, because I have never had that happen to me before, but thankfully now all is well and I can use rolocate server region filter quickly and fast again. Tried using RoLocate just today, server filter region just broke, like I turn on fast search in settings and use the server filter to find good regions to play with, but for some reason it now just takes a super long time, normally it took like 5secs but now it just takes way longer than before. Did the extension break or something? How to reinstall? I'm also using violentmonkey which I installed using a different method now that I can't install normally from google chrome webstore, maybe I should reinstall that maybe?
or maybe rolocate updated and the way server region filter works differently now
