Hides shorts info, video controls bar, near-end & end cards on YouTube unless hovered.

- Now Hides metadata from YouTube Shorts and Videos End Cards
Both hidden until you hover over them.

- Shorts Progress Bar alone is Always Visible cuz it's nicer tbh.
- Update 1.0003 :
- Now also works on Videos End Suggestions Cards (Cards for video near end reccomendations and end.)
- Update 1.0004 :
- Made it hide video controls bar, now follows same visibility logic (added this cuz i found it annoying sometimes i can't read stuff in videos such as subtitles in-video or anything else that the bar covers sometimes, but uhh if you don't it you can ask me or use the previous ver.)
- Update 1.0005 :
- Fixed two bugs: Some shorts elements are not hidden, & where you had to reload the page for it to take full effects.
