I've always hated how ChatGPT uses 4o by default wasting some precious quota that I might need later. I also hate how it forces me to use o3-mini just to think for a second or two which defeats the whole purpose of the reasoning model and also wastes the limited message quota for reasoning.
With this script, I'm using 4o and o3-mini whenever I actually need them and I'm not wasting any of this precious message quota.

P.S.: I have a suggestion. Try to make the toggle like these "Reason" and "Search" buttons saying something like 4o-mini. It'll make the switch look a bit more native to ChatGPT because currently it looks a bit out of place. This is completely optional though so you're free to not work on that.
