Install with tampermonkey and go to neal.fun and locate Infinite Craft.
Press the DELETE button on your keyboard (DEL) and the menu will appear. (If it doesn't try refreshing the page)
Enter the Element Name and Emoji and then press 'Add Element' and then 'Apply Changes'.
You can do the same to remove it, but instead of pressing 'Add Element', press 'Remove Element' and then 'Apply Changes'.

(If its still not working, make sure you have at least crafted one element your self e.g. water + earth => soil)
