More layouts and customization options for V3

Newest update and Hitchhiker 2016. Channel pages are sort of messed up on 1440x900 resolution.
Fixed in Beta 3 RC1.
Now newest beta broke watch playlists on 2014 layout and newer. You can't scroll on them anymore.
