Make the "Mute Site" button active on every site you visit in Google Chrome
Recent chrome updates have made it such that it won't allow you to preemptively mute sites, because the "mute site" button on the tab is disabled and greyed out. Chrome being chrome, it gets it wrong a lot, and can forbid you from muting tabs in some instances. Why would anyone want the feature of being unable to mute tabs before they play sound? "Man, I wish I hadn't muted this site that I could easily unmute later", said nobody ever.
