I think I figured out the glitch you are talking about, I can assure you it's not caused by the script since I also had the glitch for a long while and now it's gone randomly.

Of course I have had the script installed all the time, anyways I just updated it with a small patch today, see if it solves your issue.

Otherwise I'm suggesting disabling all the extensions and trying to see if the glitch is gone, then re-enable them one by one.
