Modifica *.meneame.net de forma que el contenido aprovecha toda la pantalla y elmina algunas distracciones

The idea is not mine but I didn't want to bother the original developer and I've reimplemented it.
This script allows you to use the full width of the screen, displaying *.meneame.net without white space in the margins, useful for most laptop or desktop screens. It also removes the newsletter banner, which if you are not subscribed yet I understand that it is not of interest to be there.

La idea no es mía pero no quise molestar al desarrollador original y lo he reimplementado.
Este script permite aprovechar todo el ancho de la pantalla, mostrando *.meneame.net sin espacio en blanco en los márgenes, útil para la mayoría de pantallas de portátiles o equipos de escritorio. Elimina también el banner de la newsletter, que si no estás suscrito aún entiendo que no es de interés que esté.
