CCL calc for Balanz newwebsite. Instructions:

1. Add both (arg$ and usd$) instruments to the watchlist i.e. AL30 (CI) and AL30C (CI), GD30 (CI) and GD30C (CI), create new watchlist if needed
2. Go to Balanz 'Seguimiento' section, right click anywhere in the page to bring menu context and run script "Tapermonkey/Balanz ccl new web"
3. Column 'Tipo' for the instrument in usd$ will show the calculated CCL value. i.e. AL30C column 'Tipo'
