Updated with @GoalSilly3799 PR, I am still using qb 4.5.5 and his recommendation still works for me, and by his reporting it works for v5+ so I updated it with his recommendations accordingly.

I can't seem to get this to work. I running QBT 5.0.3 on macOS and running the extension via Tampermonkey in Chrome. The script is enabled but doesn't seem to do anything.

Took note of your feedback and updated the script accordingly. I also added a localization logic, tested it with a few languages.
