Always open mapview without having to be a boss instance

Normally you can only open a cell if it contains a boss. It is handy to check if there are any fields to trap the boss in.
But sometimes, you want to view a cell without a boss inside of it!
This script allows you to click on any cell there is, even Wastelands, to open the cell viewer.
