Hilight cyclists and hide police officers
Makes it easier to pickpocket cyclists in Torn.
Cyclists are hilighted in green.
Police officers are hidden.
New with version 0.2: Rings a bell when the cyclist appears.
In fact, it continues ringing the bell until you clear the cyclist, since I haven't yet figured out how to make it happen only once.
