Starting in Vancouver, ServiceNow added a 'favoritesSync" broadcast channel that makes it way easier to inject custom bookmarks. This version works on ServiceNow Next experience UI from Vancouver or later (up to Washington DC as of this update) . I've also added in some additional checks to prevent the favoritesSync broadcast message from be posted unless new favorites need to be injected to the UI. This update also seems to get rid of the issue where the favorites menu would load but the rest of the filter navigator would be empty unless you cleared your local storage.
