Hi, have you tried updating to 9.6.4?
If the issue isn't fixed after updating, it might be caused by a recent update to Chromium. I would recommend using tampermonkey first, and if that doesn't fix it, using a different browser. (Chrome Beta is currently broken for Duolingo Pro, violenmonkey is also broken)
