Turn Spoiler tags into spoiler blocks instead
Changes spoiler tags to spoiler blocks (like in Discord).
Should work with text and image spoilers. For videos and youtube embeds, the script will just show them normal w/o spoiler blocks since they are hard to work with. Sorry. Maybe I'll fix this (lol probably not)
Updated so it doesnt repeat in quoteblocks and just uses the normal tag, idk how to fix sorry lol
