Loads all manga pages at maximum resolution and without delay.

Replaces Pixiv's manga view with simple HTML that loads all files at once - in high resolution, and with thumbnails at the top. Images can instantly be scaled to fit the page. An ideal Pixiv fixer for people tired of loading one image at a time.
