Takes a TCGPlayer Cart/History and spits out a CSV

Takes your cart/history and spits out a csv in the dev console (hit F12 most browsers).
If in your shopping cart, click "Check Out" first to get to the order review page before trying to view the CSV.
Uncomment (remove the "//") the code (those lines that start with "str" - not the generic text comments describing what each line does) in lines 51-60 for other information such as card set and condition.
