Make login/password boxes on selected sites compatible with Bitwarden auto-fill

The problem is that on some sites Bitwarden addon cannot recognize login or password input boxes. This script makes selected sites compatible with Bitwarden auto-fill by adding recognizable id attribute to the right input elements.
This script can be potentially helpful for other password keepers.
The list of supported sites:
1. Kyivstar: phone number as a login and PUK2 as an alternative confirmation (if you experience troubles with getting sms). In Bitwarden you should keep full phone number as a username and PUK2 as a custom field named "PUK2".
2. Privat24: phone number as a login. In Bitwarden you should keep the phone number without "+" and country code.
