Makes the new SPAified C2 Wiki behave more like an ordinary website.
The C2 Wiki was redesigned in 2015 as an SPA in order to reduce server load, and represent a half-baked proof-of-concept for a federated wiki. Or something. This userscript runs a minimally-invasive patch on the site JS. It preserves the SPA architecture (so no, you're not DDoSing Ward by using it), but fixes broken history manipulation and gets rid of the "pretending (and failing miserably) to be TiddlyWiki" floating windows. Oh, and it no longer hijacks Ctrl/Alt/Meta/Shift-click.
Firefox only, probably, as beforescriptexecute is a non-standard event type.
