Prevent Youtube scrolling to top when clicking timestamps in description or comments

Are you annoyed Youtube scrolling to the top of the page when clicking timestamps? Install this and it won't scroll back up again.
Note:
This is intended for users who have a script that creates a floating mini player when you scroll down to the comments (video player always visible), or you simply want to listen to music while going through the timestamps.
Important:
This script doesn't actually prevent the scroll to top action. As far as I'm aware there is no way to prevent a scroll action. Instead, the scroll bar is immediately positioned where it was when the timestamp was clicked. Due to this you may see the page move up and down. (it's not a bug, it's a feature, LOL)
