Add buttons to download images and videos in Twitter, also does some other enhancements.

With the current code base it will not trivial to add it. But I'll keep this improvement in mind.
Anyway it's not possible to save the full description in an image filename. Personally, I use gallery-dl with configurated "postprocessor" (to save the descriptions in text files) when I need to save all medias and text tweets of some profile.
Is there a way i could add the text from each tweet into the filename - like {full-text}?
