Scroll wheel volume control for Twitch

Since the script already triggers the native volume bar and tooltip, I feel this provides a sufficient on-screen display.

Can you add on screen display to this? I was able to add that but it doesnt work on fullscreen for some reason. I can share the script with you if you want, im obsessed at this point lol
