Provides some general additions to Elethor

Features:
- Disabled reroll button until the reroll result returns
- Player fight health percentages are displayed
- Shows mob kills as green text
- Shows damage taken as red text
- Clicking toaster notifications removes them instantly
- Shows a stat summary including base and % stats (this currently only loads on page refresh, and loses state once equipment updates)
- XHR hook (see example)
