Convert the timestamps on ScribbleHub chapter comments into permalinks to make sharing comments easier.

NOTE: this currently only works for the comments present when the page first loads. If there are multiple pages of comments on a chapter, comments on the other pages will not have permalinks.

Developed in Tampermonkey v4.11.6117 using Firefox 79.0 (64-bit) on Windows.

I sometimes make dark CSS themes and JS userscripts. Some of them aren't terrible.
