Adds new column with public score to the animelist

This script will add a new column "public score" to your myanimelist list and fill it with the public score of the anime or manga.
To activate it, open your animelist and click on the large table header, e.g. "Plan to Watch"
Scores will be cached, hover over the "Public score" table header to see how old the scores are.
To reload all scores click the large table header again.
