Stops reddit from changing the URLs of links that you click on to track you.

This works for both outbound links (out.reddit.com) and tracking parameters being added to internal links.

Additionally, this script patches out the navigator.sendBeacon function. reddit does not currently use this function for analytics, but it's already in their code and could be enabled at any point.
