Set initial video quality for embedded YouTube videos based on a set of preferred video qualities, as well as minimum and maximum video qualities (configured in the script).

That is the purpose of this script. It's video quality selection rules has higher priority than user's selection, considering that a video may not have the video quality which user has selected.
Keep in mind that the script applies the video quality selection only once after the video frame has been loaded. User can still choose the video quality manually after that.
That being said, setting the qualities variable to [] will not override user's selection, unless minQuality and/or maxQuality is in effect.
