If you install the Telegram desktop, you may want to directly open the telegram desktop when you click the URL t.me or telegram.me.

This script converts the URL t.me and telegram.me, and sets the URL target as current tab(make sure your browser, like Firefox, would not open a blank tab).

Known issue: It's not work on some website(like: https://sspai.com/post/40388).
