Strip empty paragraphs from works on Archive of Our Own

Archive of Our Own is a fanfiction archive. Some writers upload their fiction as double-spaced text: every second paragraph contains a whitespace character, and these paragraphs are not stripped out during the import. Because the site also adds CSS paragraph spacing, as expected, this makes these specific works annoying to read, since there are enormous gaps between the paragraphs. This script strips all paragraphs containing only whitespace from all works on the site.
