[MTURK] Queue Header Link

Adds a link to your HITs queue into the MTurk header on worker site [www deprecated].

Simply adds a link into the header bar on MTurk, so it can be easily accessed from all pages (Dashboard, HIT preview, HIT accepted pages, etc). Will not appear on pages where MTurk natively adds a link to the queue.

Still works on www for the time being until phased out.

  • Redid parts of the script to accommodate for Worker changes, prepping for MTurk's forced switchover from www. The www portion of the code will be deleted next update, when it no longer exists.
