Prevents HTML5 videos from auto-playing in new tabs (except within configurable amount of time of a click) and pauses videos when leave tab. You can edit user settings variables found near the top of the script to control behavior. Handles YouTube and all other video sites/pages. Optimized for highest-performance compared to other scripts and doesn't break use of video controls or seeking.
