returned the grey bar from 2009 to youtube, and adds broadcast yourself back

It sort of still works, but it sorta doesn't... And it never really worked as it should (auto put styles in) to begin with... :/
If you feel the need to use this, feel free to use it... Even though it screws up YouTube's look as it is.
