按下 CTRL+F9怎么没有反应

按下 CTRL+F9 没有任何反应，也找不到命令菜单在哪，不知道去哪点击命令菜单orz

有大佬知道怎么用的吗？可以教教我吗？orz卑微小伙在线求助

我的是在搜出书后直接点进去，再按CTRL+F9就行了，不过只能下载能看的部分，VIP才能看的部分下载不下来
