problem installing I am getting a 'window' is undefined error , code 800A1391 both on Edge and IE. how do I install the script?

followover doesnt seem to be working on pages, especially when i use #/ Ex #News. If i hover over a posters name nothing happens. Does work in other tabs such as notifications.
