Request: Add hover color and right-aligned first column

1. Add background color on hover to highlight the row for easy reading of the columns.
2. Make the first column right aligned to remove class='cell-left' to reduce HTML parsing/size.

1) Interesting idea. I'll consider it.
2) No - There needs to be white space between the item number and item title.
