Skips the welcome screen; The one with the "Thought of the Day" and the full page ad. Pretty much simulates clicking the link, "Skip this welcome screen", as soon as the welcome screen loads.
This script automatically skips the welcome screen advertisement on Forbes.com
Updated 15 September, 2016. Forbes changed their page at some point, which broke script. Script should now work again.

Known Issue:
Fanboy's Enhanced Tracking List breaks the Forbes welcome page. The Continue to Site button is unclickable, and since this script works by simulating a click, the script will not work on this broken page.
Users of that list should add the following exception rule (ABP Options > Add your own filters):
