Remove the IMSLP contribution ad and disclaimer.
In December 2015, the International Music Score Library Project (IMSLP) instituted a membership program that delays the download of musical scores by 15 seconds for non-members. It's an obtrusive process that has been been roundly rebuked within their forum as going against the spirit of transparency and free, unencumbered, access to what was managed--until recently--as a public resource. (See discussion here.) This script aims to resolve that issue.
This script does two things:
The first time you attempt to download a score, IMSLP presents a copyright disclaimer for the user to acknowledge. Their system occasionally bungles the acceptance process, so this script bypasses it by preemptively setting the related cookie in your browser.
By downloading and installing this script, you acknowledge that each time you use this script you have read, understood and accepted the terms of the IMSLP general disclaimer found at http://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:General_disclaimer.

This script is a primitive, no-frills, effort to restore immediate access to publicly-owned musical scores. It's tested it on the Firefox and Chrome browsers and appears to work well.
