It means you have the script installed twice, probably one is the version that you changed, the other one is the new one.
On the list of the scripts installed, delete the one that isn't the version '3.6.3'. Before you delete the old one, copy your values somewhere, the new one shouldn't have any of your saved values.
Whoops. I thought clicking install would just update my current installation, not give me a separate install. My bad.
Any way to delete these?
You have to go to your script manager extension, you should find a list of all your installed scripts and delete the old one (it should be version 3.6.2, the new one is version 3.6.3). But, like I said, first save somewhere your blacklist 'cause that too will be deleted and everthing else.
If you have Tampermonkey, click on the 'Control Panel' for the list and then click on the trash bin on the script.

Oh! Don't worry, there's no need, the purpose of this space is exactly this. Happy that this is resolved.
Latest update just duplicated the added tabs - Features, Bookmark, Blacklist.
